Anyone, Any Time, Any Place.
Anyone, Any Time, Any Place is a photographic and multimedia collage series that explored ideas surrounding generality. The essence of everyday life will be examined, and how recent times have changed what we consider to be ‘normal’.
The work is divided into the 3 distinct sections reflected in the title.

Anyone.
Could it be you?
These images were taken and framed in such a way that all context and personality is removed. The subjects are anonymous and the backgrounds are incomplete.

Any time.
Who owns an image? The following works demonstrate forms of appropriation. The appropriated work is not only from a different photographer but from a different time.

These two collages feature images of locations in central London (China Town, Southbank and Borough Market) taken from Google Street view. The street view images are taken from the pre COVID-19 era and are overalyed with images taken in the same location by me in 2021

These two collages feature the same premise as the previous however the photographs of the areas pre COVID-19 were instead taken by my father and appropriated for the collages.

The final part of this section features Diptychs of images both taken by me. The first image in each diptych was taken on a journey I made to Waterloo in 2018. I retreaded my steps in 2021 and took some accompanying images in 2021 which I believe complimented and contrasted the originals.

Any place.
Has life already begun to pass us by? The world sits and stand still and yet there is so much still going on. What has happened elsewhere while we have been sitting on our hands at home?
The current pandemic situation has prevented me from travelling to Vienna for the longest period in my life. How have things changed and developed while I have been stuck at home?
This final section features images I took on my last visit to Vienna in 2019 before quarantine and features images from news stories reflecting events that have occurred since I had last been able to visit.

Look down to the floor and see the same thing no matter where you are. Everyone and everyone can see waste, has its impact been pushed to the back of our mind due to more prevalent world events? This project ends upon these following images of unworthy subjects were taken across multiple locations, with the location not always being apparent
